Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. About Pebbleship
Pebbleship is an independently developed browser-based game. These Terms apply when you access or use Pebbleship, create an account, communicate with other players or use its game systems.
By using Pebbleship you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Rules.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Do not attempt to access another player's account, impersonate another player or interfere with account security.
3. Fair Play
Pebbleship is intended to be played through the game interfaces provided to players.
You must not deliberately exploit bugs, manipulate requests, automate gameplay unfairly, interfere with the server, duplicate items or rewards, or attempt to gain credits, XP, resources or other advantages through unintended methods.
If you discover a significant exploit, please report it rather than using it.
4. Virtual Credits, Items and Progress
Credits, XP, items, faction shares, resources, ranks and other game assets exist only within Pebbleship.
They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not represent ownership of real money or property.
Pebbleship's economy and balancing may change as the game is developed. Reasonable adjustments may therefore be made to rewards, prices, items, progression or other game systems.
Optional support through Buy Me a Coffee helps with development and running costs. A donation does not purchase credits, XP, equipment, rank or any competitive advantage within the game.
Payments made through external services are also subject to that provider's own terms and policies.
6. Player Communication
Pebbleship includes user-to-user communication. Players must follow the Community Rules when using chat or other communication features.
Messages may be automatically filtered, retained for room history, reviewed for moderation purposes or removed where necessary.
7. Moderation
Accounts may be warned, restricted, muted, suspended or banned where reasonably necessary to protect other players, the service, or the integrity of the game.
Serious abuse, threats, illegal content, repeated harassment, deliberate filter evasion or exploitation of the game may result in stronger action.
8. Availability and Development
Pebbleship is an evolving independent project. Features may be changed, added, removed or temporarily unavailable because of development, maintenance, security issues or technical faults.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit legal rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted fairly and transparently.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as Pebbleship develops or legal and operational requirements change.
The latest version will always be published on this page with its update date.
